Pay for what the AI does, nothing more
Your plan fee is AI usage you can spend; above it, you pay as you go at the same rates from prepaid credits, with an optional spending cap.

How usage works
Every time the assistant thinks (answering a shopper, or learning a new or changed product), it uses a little AI. You see your usage live in the dashboard, in euros. A typical conversation costs about €0.04; your plan fee covers the first part of each month, the rest is pay-as-you-go at the same rates, paid from prepaid credits.
- Greetings, thank-yous and “are you a bot?” are free.
- Answers from your FAQ and the answer cache cost almost nothing.
- Re-importing unchanged products costs nothing. Only new or changed products are processed.
- Set a monthly spending cap, or switch pay-as-you-go off to stop at your included usage.
What happens when I use up my included usage?
With pay-as-you-go on (the default), the assistant keeps answering and the extra usage is paid from your prepaid credits, up to your spending cap if you set one. With it off, or when your credits run out, AI answers pause until the next period: greetings, FAQ and cached answers keep working and shoppers can still reach you through the contact form.
How do prepaid credits work?
Credits belong to your account and pay for pay-as-you-go usage in all the shops you pay for. Buy €20, €50, €100 or €250, or any whole amount from €20, by card at checkout; VAT is added where it applies and every purchase comes with an invoice. Turn on automatic top-up to refill when the balance runs low. Credits never expire and are not refundable.
Does catalog processing count?
Yes. Learning a product (enrichment and search indexing) is AI work too, but it only happens for new or changed products. A typical product costs a fraction of a cent to process.
Do playground tests count?
Yes, they use the same AI as real conversations, but they never count as conversations in your analytics.
Are prices including VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT; VAT is added on the invoice where applicable.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
